Ai Calici Lounge Bar

Collesano's evening address, on Via Mazzini near the main square, run by the Gulino family — Maria out front and Vincenzo in the kitchen. It's a lounge and wine-and-cocktail bar with a proper kitchen: gourmet burgers, pinsa romana, sharing boards of cured meats and cheeses, plus a broad Sicilian and Italian wine list, twenty-odd gins for gin and tonic, and the classic cocktails. Lively at weekends with DJ sets and live music, it's rated the number-one bar in town — the natural place to end a day of tasting.
