Cafè Nobel

Cafè Nobel
Cafè Nobel

A welcoming bar, café and gelateria on Viale Vincenzo Florio, right at the entrance to Collesano on the road up into the Madonie park. Run by the Peri family, it's a local favourite for its pastry — Sicilian breakfast brioche and granita, cakes and sweets — alongside coffee, ice cream and the usual bar service through the day. Easygoing and unhurried, it makes a natural first stop as you arrive in town, or a last one before heading on into the mountains.
