A warm, family-run pizzeria and restaurant on the viale toward the Madonie, named for the legendary Targa Florio road race that ran through Collesano — the idea is to tie that motoring legend to the genuine food that grows and is made in this land. Peppe Cirrito and his son host with no fuss: wood-fired pizza on naturally leavened dough, and honest km-zero Sicilian cooking — try the pasta with artichokes, ricotta and sausage, or the fresh tagliatelle with porcini and sausage. It's a natural stop after the Targa Florio museum in the old town. A nice footnote: in 2023 it even drew the CEO of the Sauber / Alfa Romeo F1 team, who stopped here to taste the local dishes.
